At Music Plaza, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't hitting the right note, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and cables, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
